About Robert Green

Robert Green is Enterprise Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Lendistry. Location: San Antonio, Texas, United States.

I build, scale, and back technology platforms in regulated industries — as an operator, a founder, and an investor. My career has followed a deliberate arc: I started as a technical builder, grew into the CTO seat, evolved into President, and ultimately into CEO. That progression matters because it shapes how I think about companies. I've sat in the architecture review and the board meeting in the same week. I've written the code, owned the P&L, and negotiated the term sheet. When I evaluate a business — my own or someone else's — I see the technical foundation, the operating model, and the capital structure as one system, not three. I founded Dizzion in 2011 and spent fourteen years building it into a managed cloud desktop company serving healthcare, financial services, and contact centers. Along the way I've led companies through strategic exits to public-company acquirers, including Citrix, and through private equity transactions — experience that informs how I think about building businesses worth acquiring and capital structures that actually hold up under pressure. I transitioned out of the Dizzion CEO role in early 2026. Today I focus on what comes next. As a partner at Mission 3a, I invest in and help build category-defining companies in enterprise software, AI infrastructure, and platforms serving regulated markets. I bring what most check-writers can't: deep technical fluency from decades of architecting cloud and infrastructure platforms, plus the operating experience of having actually built, scaled, and sold a few. I take selective operating roles where the problem is hard and the team is exceptional. What I care about: durable businesses, technical depth, and the unglamorous discipline of actually shipping. What I bring: pattern recognition from having built one, scar tissue from the parts that didn't work, and a network of operators and investors who've been through the same fights. Always happy to connect with founders, operators, and LPs working on hard problems.
