I build operations organizations that automate their own toil. For the past five years I've led global Technical Operations at DoubleVerify (NYSE: DV) — SRE, Data Reliability Engineering, Cloud Support, and 24/7 Tier-1 coverage across the US, Israel, and India, supporting a platform that processes 100B+ ad transactions a day. The work I'm most proud of: taking agentic AI from architecture documents to production systems with measured results. My teams run AI agents that investigate, triage, classify, and resolve incidents autonomously — 92% of targeted Tier-1 alerts handled end-to-end, reclaiming 114 engineering hours every week (roughly 2.8 FTEs of capacity). A multi-agent severity classifier identifies Sev1/2/3 incidents at 78% accuracy, backed by an evaluation pipeline that benchmarks it against human-labeled cases so we know when to trust it. Every automation is instrumented for hours reclaimed, and those gains fund the roadmap — including a 50% reduction in Tier-1 vendor spend. I still build. The dashboard our leadership uses to track automation ROI is something I wrote myself — React/TypeScript, FastAPI, ETL across Jira, Freshservice, n8n, and Slack — using AI-assisted engineering tools. Operations leaders who don't use these tools hands-on can't credibly set strategy for them. The other half of the job is governance: I authored our Major Incident Management policy (CIO-approved), the severity classification framework, and the cross-functional RACI adopted by every engineering team — and delivered a SOX audit with zero auditor questions for the first time in four years. Before DV: Fortune 10 infrastructure leadership at AmerisourceBergen (now Cencora); before that, I built a 24/7 managed-services NOC practice from scratch and grew it 200%.
