Twenty-five years of building software taught me one thing above all else: technology is only as good as the people and problems it serves. As CTO for In Time Tec's Americas Business, I lead the strategy and delivery of AI Solutions and AI-as-a-Service across our partner ecosystem. My job is making sure that what we build actually works — not just in a demo, but in production, at scale, in the real conditions of a partner's business. In Time Tec's mission is to create a world that works for everyone. In the Americas, that means helping organizations move from AI curiosity to AI capability — with an honest lens on where technology creates real value and where it introduces complexity without return. That requires leading across three dimensions a technology leader can never separate: People, Business, and Technology. The organizations getting the most out of AI right now aren't just deploying models — they're building organizational muscle, data infrastructure, and delivery discipline to make it last. I've spent my career at that intersection. I still believe deeply in the craft — learning, growing, and bringing others along. The best leaders I know never stopped being students.
