I’m a MedTech / TechMed engineering leader with 15+ years building surgical devices and digital health platforms that translate from lab to the OR. I thrive at the intersection of engineering, clinical practice, and strategy — leading teams to turn ideas into regulated, usable products that improve outcomes and change how surgeons operate. At Johnson & Johnson / Ethicon, I led cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of medical device innovation, from napkin sketch concept to commercial launch, including products that have generated $2B+ revenue while receiving 120+ issued U.S. patents. My work has spanned ultrasonic and RF devices, digital surgery platforms, and AI-enabled clinical data systems, always balancing technical execution with regulatory rigor (HIPAA, GDPR, FDA 510(k)). My focus now is on next-generation surgical intelligence. I've co-founded a startup with some amazing MD's. More to come when we emerge from stealth!
