I’m the CTO of PocketRN and lead out the product and technology development. Prior to PocketRN I’ve had several years of experience as a software engineer, team lead, and product lead. My focus has always been on clean development, platform-focused solutions, standardized processes, and cross-discipline collaboration. I believe software engineers to be problem solvers and decision makers and not just developers. I believe product decisions should be driven by data and user feedback. I believe management starts with trust and succeeds when you invest in your employees. I also invest my time in building up the next generation of engineers by advising tech schools and aspiring students in my local community.
