I'm endlessly passionate about all things related to human performance and part of our development methodology borrows quite heavily from the realms of sports science. Specifically, using the concept of the SRA (stimulus, recovery, adaptation) curve as a foundational principle. In abridged terms the SRA curve provides a framework for improvement by continuously seeking out greater challenges with end goal being that we are better today than we were yesterday (R > R'). These changes taken in aggregate over time yield tremendous results.
