I love problems. Framing the solution space, driving decisions, getting the team excited about the plan, and driving the heck out of execution is my forte. I am confident in my decisions, and do not shy away from conflict, but I welcome being proven wrong—that is when I learn the most. I love demanding customers. Truly. I care about why they are unhappy. I listen to their perspective, and I work hard to fix it. I am comfortable in just about any public speaking situation from conferences to the boardroom. I love building teams and growing people, and I bring my genuine enthusiasm about technology, the mission, and the team to work every day. Everyone has something to teach me, and I always want to learn more. In my "spare" time I'm the lead singer of funk & soul band, Sinister Dexter, was professionally trained in dance (tap, modern, and jazz), and am an experienced choreographer. I also have two amazing sons, and I love to run (after them, and on my own).
