Over my career, I've built mission-critical systems across complex domains—from platforms powering financial markets to the technology driving modern Travel & Hospitality. I've learned that the most transformative technology doesn't just chase trends; it respects the structure, context, and operational realities of the business before it ever touches a model. Today, my work centers on bridging the gap between visionary AI capabilities and reliable execution. Here is what I focus on: ► ENTERPRISE AGENTIC ARCHITECTURE: An AI agent is only as smart as the enterprise context it operates within. I design multi-agent workflows, Context Graphs, and tools that ground AI in shared semantics. I believe in keeping human judgment where it matters most to ensure AI behaves predictably and safely in regulated environments. ► TRAVEL & HOSPITALITY INNOVATION: The way guests discover, evaluate, and book experiences is shifting toward AI-agent-led marketplaces. I partner with brands to move from passive search interfaces to active, intent-driven discovery. By making inventory, pricing, and policies "machine-legible" through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and intent catalogs, we ensure brands win choice at the exact moment AI agents do the picking. ► AI-ASSISTED AGILE & SDLC MODERNIZATION: Writing code is getting faster; trusting code is getting harder. I champion the shift to AI-Assisted Agile, helping engineering teams navigate the "skill flip"—transitioning from passive makers of code to active shapers of intelligent systems. By integrating AI codebots and robust evaluation loops, we accelerate legacy modernization and build software at the speed of creativity. ► HUMAN-CENTRIC LEADERSHIP: AI might automate tasks, but it will never replace the empathy, courage, and context required of a great leader. I am deeply invested in fixing the root conditions of execution, mentoring multidimensional engineers, and fostering a "Spot → Use → Create" culture where grassroots experimentation is shared and scaled in the open.
