More than 30 patents; more than 120 journal papers in top science and engineering journals, four book chapters, with several keynote and invited addresses/lectures in industry/academic conferences and universities worldwide on thermal management of microelectronics & batteries, nanotechnology, energy systems and decarbonization technologies. Supervising many Ph.D. students at UC Berkeley working on various research topics related to decarbonization of the the energy systems. Co-developed and taught two graduate courses “Nanoscale Thermal Transport” and “Thermal Properties Prediction” and taught undergraduate courses, Principal Investigator (PI) on Nanotechnology research funded by National Science Foundation and Co-PI on Office of Naval Research funded project on electronics cooling Taught 4 hour tutorials on Micro/Nanotechnology in Electronics Thermal Management (with Prof. Ken Goodson of Stanford University) in the ASME Interpack, and ITHERM Specialties: Energy Science and Technology, Nanotechnology, Microelectronics thermal management, material science
