My career has been in technology within the retail sector. This has kept me challenged, intrigued, and on my toes about how I can continue to optimize operations. Technology can impact how we buy and sell and play such an important role in today's consumer behavior, from knowing about the product to comparing and making a decision as well as finally purchasing services. Over the years, I've worn many hats- Programmer Analyst, Senior System Analyst, Senior Director Supply Chain & Order Management, Vice President IT, and Chief Technology Officer. As a result, I not only excel in setting the vision and strategy to transform business operations but also in system design, project development, global business technology implementation, and multimillion-dollar program execution. I'm a well-rounded technical professional with a passion for mentoring others. What we do is rewarding so I like that everyone turns to me for IT solutions in helping to position the organization for growth, development, and change. I provide strategic solutions and new systems while also focusing on designing processes, policies, and a culture. I believe I've been successful in each role I take on because I think about consumer behavior and their experience while bringing empathy to the role of building and supporting technology to assist. I also have a proven history in building, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams. A few accomplishments I'm proud of include: • Modernized Restoration Hardware’s (RH) global operations by scaling the business, transforming the ecommerce solution, launching new systems, and spearheading the IOT app launch. • Maintained low cost of maintenance and increased time to market by leveraging scalable architecture, deployed in multi regions allowing the workload to be deployed where you need efficiency and scale. • Streamlined service delivery operations to boost efficiency in the delivery process, reduce customer calls, and improve revenue recognition by leading implementation of Home Delivery, Reverse Logistics, and an Ecosystem for 90+ hubs. • Saved $300M in costs by opening and closing a new Distribution center, launching and designing a Membership model for business. • Improved supply chain systems for billion-dollar retailers by solving their supply chain-related issues and modernizing order management applications at RH I welcome making new professional acquaintances.
