Relatively gifted for abstract thinking, I've managed to be prodigal about youth talent, awards, fame, and turned my back on a MIT scholarship. Went straight into business instead and have gathered over 22 years of micro managing projects of all sizes: from startups to listed companies. Hard, beautiful, grinding work by the side of enthusiastic people on their upward career path. What's not to love ... Made a few M$ in tech, co-founded startups with a decent (1/4) success rate. I possess a particular, comedian-like set of insights into how people (consumers, providers) think and behave, the quirks of the enterprise sector, dynamics of growth, and devising purpose-fit strategies. I keep a hygiene of staying bias-free, and getting wiser one failure/success at a time. My understanding usually goes to first principles. I can fine-tune a neural network, make sound architectures, and sometimes event bring out the best in people.
