I worked 30+ years in Cleantech, Semiconductors, Software industries and non-profit organizations. I hired, built and led Global teams across different functional areas including Engineering, Product Development, Business Development and Data Sciences. Throughout my career I created innovative products that increased revenue and growth. I love coaching, mentoring and developing talent as well as advising start-ups. I mentor and act as technical advisor to start-ups. I am seeking board seat roles in start-ups. I bring a diverse set of talents in innovation, leadership, and technology. I am inspired by big ideas and strive to impact topline and bottom-line growth. I accomplish these through mindfulness, coaching and resilience. My leadership style fosters a culture of innovation and drives company growth. I build a culture of innovation by challenging my employees to question the status-quo with the mindset of “Doing More with Less”. I invented new technology and processes in Cleantech and Semiconductors and was granted 48 patents. Spurred by the call for disruptive innovation in the Cleantech sector, I took up challenging technology development in fuel cells. I devised Bloom Energy to become a market leader in Electrical efficiency by building and leading R&D groups. I spearheaded data and modeling insights at Bloom Energy that drove operational efficiency and growth. As Bloom Energy scaled up, larger fleet of globally distributed Energy servers resulted in massive real time data. Data, Analytics and Automation was critical to deliver profitability of the Service Operations. I established Data Engineering, Data Analysis and Decision Science teams to streamline data-driven initiatives to accelerate automation. I championed digital transformation of various departments and created a strategic partnership that launched Cloud computing. Last two years, I led teams that conserved our company over 100 million dollars through insights gained from Predictive Analytics. To unlock values for organizations other than Engineering, I enrolled in Executive Education program at Haas School of Management at UC Berkeley and graduated with the Certificate of Business Excellence in 2022. I am passionate about serving and contributing to my local community and Country. I take active leadership in non-profit organizations. I conducted over 3000 hours of workshops on meditation and leadership in the last 15 years to a diverse group of audience. This broad exposure has honed my ability to connect, influence and inspire teams to think Big and Act with Purpose.
