About Rajasi Mills
Rajasi Mills is Chief Technology Officer & SVP, Strategic Partnerships and Research at Sleep Number Corporation. Location: Greater Philadelphia, United States.
I’m a technology and product executive who turns ideas and opportunities into products, platforms, and experiences that create meaningful customer and business value. At Sleep Number, I owned end-to-end technology strategy across multi-sensor IoT, edge and cloud AI/ML, and large-scale data systems while helping shape product innovation, customer value, and new opportunities for growth. I scaled the platform to 28B+ hours of longitudinal data, improved signal accuracy by 30%, reduced platform costs, and strengthened security, privacy, and regulatory compliance. I bring a product mindset to technology leadership, connecting customer needs, market opportunities, product strategy, technology roadmaps, and execution to deliver measurable outcomes. I’ve led innovation from concept through development and commercialization, including new digital health offerings, strategic partnerships, and products designed for global markets. I’m equally focused on people and outcomes, having built and led 200+ person global engineering organizations with 90%+ employee retention. I lead with clarity, accountability, and integrity, creating teams that can challenge ideas, move decisively, and deliver together. Earlier in my career, I built and launched regulated digital health and medical device platforms at LifeScan and Johnson & Johnson, scaling products globally while navigating FDA, CE, PMDA, GDPR, and CCPA requirements. My foundation in systems engineering continues to shape how I approach product and technology decisions, with a focus on customer value, reliability, security, scalability, and business impact. I’m energized by opportunities at the intersection of product, technology, AI/ML, data, and innovation, and by the challenge of turning complex ideas into products and platforms that people value.
