• Worked closely with the senior management of the company and advised, collaborate and briefed management on the operations and status on programs, projects, research and development initiatives related to engineering • Lead, direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of all Engineering project(s) • Plan, conduct, and supervise engineering assignments generally involving the larger and more important projects. • Estimate engineering personnel needs; schedule work to meet completion dates and technical specifications. • Approved product and project requirements and specifications. Coordinate and supervise engineers assigned to projects. • Prepared departmental budgets; establishes procedures for evaluating departmental performance, and recommended improvements for new and existing products. • Develop and/or improve engineering processes used to facilitate successful program implementation and production efficiencies. • Responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the Sales/Marketing and Operations organizations. • Responsible for the development of technical proposals and presentations to potential customers. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS: • 45 years’ experience in the design, development, testing, process engineering, manufacturing methods, production planning and implementation of military, commercial based aircrafts and Rockets components and subsystems. • Strong background in designing and prepare procedures, reports, analysis for high pressure and high temperature engine duct systems, metal Bellows, Flexible joints (Ball joints, Gimbal joints, Link joints, Pressure Balance compensator, Thermal compensator,360 degree rotational joints, Braided Bellows joints and insulation) Experience FMH Aerospace, Irvine, Ca. From Nov 1989 to Now Senior Engineering (SSP) Burbank,Ca Sept 2084 to Nov 2089
