I have had the privilege of empowering our clients and Thoughtworkers to deliver extraordinary impact together. From strategy to execution, our culture of technology excellence has accelerated the growth of our clients and Thoughtworks. In 2023, I took on the role of Chief Technology Officer for Thoughtworks to continue the development and communication of our technology strategy and vision. With every organization increasingly reliant on technology and the pace of technology change increasing, this is an exciting time for Thoughtworks and our clients. Previously, I was the Global Managing Director of Enterprise Modernization, Platforms, and Cloud service line at Thoughtworks. We helped our clients become self-sufficient, self-sustaining modernizers of their tech estate through enabling a continuous improvement culture in their organization. I joined Thoughtworks in 2010 as a developer and have been fortunate to have worked with clients in many different countries across the globe.
