Over the course of my career, I’ve worked with IT leaders in virtually every industry including Manufacturing, Retail, Chemicals, Automotive, Aerospace, Defense, Energy, and Financial Services, helping them evolve and adapt their strategies to use the cloud more effectively. Every organization is different. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to modernizing workloads. That’s why I treat every partnership the same way: by fully immersing myself in my customers’ challenges. I’m a natural problem-solver who is motivated by getting to know customers, helping them solve their biggest business challenges, and building bespoke solutions for running cloud and AI more effectively. I’m also results-oriented. When I see customers drive better ROI, reduce total cost of ownership, improve availability of systems, and lower MTTD and MTTR, that’s the indicator of success. As one of the pioneers of site reliability engineering—even holding a patent in Systems and Method for Supporting Resilience in IT environments—my areas of expertise include system and application architecture, cloud for modernization, big data analytics, and performance and resilience engineering. Still, I understand that these aren’t the areas of expertise for most companies. So, I speak to customers in the language of business, not programming, and make sure to align every solution back to business objectives.
