As a Health CTO at SAIC, I lead and foster a culture of innovation and superior service delivery across the Health portfolio. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I have developed a strong expertise in solution development, digital transformation, and deal strategy. I specialize in crafting comprehensive end-to-end value propositions and forging strategic partnerships to deliver transformative solutions for major projects in the Defense and Civilian Sector. I am also a SAIC Fellow and a Technical Director, where I offer technical guidance across the Health portfolio to guarantee exceptional service quality and the implementation of inventive solutions. I propose and spearhead tech initiatives aimed at enhancing product and service delivery to Veterans Affairs, Health and Human Services, and Military Health. Additionally, I conduct evaluations and recommendations, and prepare white papers by analyzing and summarizing information and trends, including management of Key Process Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). I hold certifications in SOA Architecture, ITIL, and AWS Cloud Practitioner, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
