Pras Adhikari is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and member of the Executive Committee of Morton Buildings, Inc. reporting to the Chairman and CEO. He is responsible for driving innovation, digital transformation and technology differentiation across the organization. He leads Information Technology, Product Research and Development, Engineering, and Professional Services. Previously he was CTO and VP of TMK IPSCO. Prior roles included SVP and GM of Industrial Div at Maysteel, VP of Global Engineering for Dana Corp and VP of Engineering at Neoplan. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Case New Holland (Fiat). In 2016, he co-founded NFC Dynamics LLC., with a patented technology comprising of a device, software app and accessories for wireless communication to improve convenience of use, user access control and security aspects device connection and subsequent streaming in a multi user and multi device environment. His personal passion is systems thinking, innovation and complex problem solving. His professional interests include strategic planning, advanced technologies in digital and engineering space, organizational revitalization and business processes. Pras has served on board for several US and international companies and has been the architect of several strategic alliances, collaboration and JVs. He received a B.S. and M.S. Mechanical Engineering, MBA and MS IT from Birla Inst. of Technology, India, Univ. of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas, Illinois Inst. of Technology, Chicago, IL and Northwestern University (McCormick and Kellogg), Evanston, IL. Pras also has certificate level education from MIT in Digital transformation, AI, IOT, Blockchain, Cloud Computing and Cyber Security.
