After 25 years leading DynaQuest, which later became part of Terralogic, I'm excited to be in a new chapter as CTO of Haynie & Company. In this role, I help shape technology strategy across the firm while also supporting the growth of Haynie IT Services. My work is centered on helping businesses make smart technology decisions, strengthen security, modernize systems, and better align IT with business priorities. Alongside that, I co-founded Tala Ventures with Alberto Villaluna, a firm built for operators, people who have built companies, led teams, and opened new markets, giving them a structured path into angel investing. We back founders building across borders, pairing capital with real operating experience rather than a check alone. The past few years have brought a lot of change. I completed an Executive Master's at Thunderbird (ASU), moved to Phoenix, and officially joined the empty nester club. That experience, and the global network it connected me to, is part of what led to Tala. I'm grateful for what's come with each step and excited by what's ahead. I always enjoy connecting with others who are focused on leadership, innovation, and using technology and capital to move business forward
