About Peter Juliano

Peter Juliano is Chief Technology Officer at Over-Site. Location: New York, New York, United States.

25+ years building software that ships in production under real constraints. My background spans enterprise backend architecture, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, data pipelines, distributed systems, and low-level C++ engineering. I work across the full stack of hard problems — not just the application layer. Recent technical work includes: → AI/MCP Infrastructure: Built tooling that takes an OpenAPI spec and generates a production-grade MCP server — eliminating the hand-written glue layer between enterprise APIs and LLM agents. Covers auth, rate limiting, cancellation, circuit breakers, typed tool surfaces, and tenant isolation. The goal is hardened, correct infrastructure for agent-to-API interaction, not demos. → Multi-Tenant Cloud Architecture: Designed Azure-based systems with managed identities, gateway/collector/scheduler/janitor service decomposition, brokered job execution, and tenant-isolated credential stores. Worked through Cosmos DB partitioning for per-tenant keystores with heterogeneous external-system integrations. → DSP / Physical Modeling: Built a component-level model of a variable-mu compressor (Manley-inspired) in single-header C++17. Includes triode behavior, transformer coloration, vacuum-diode sidechain, oversampling, and stereo-linked sidechain — not a transfer curve, an actual physics-grounded model. → Solana / RWA Infrastructure: Designed tokenization infrastructure for real-world assets including Rust daemons, RocksDB, Kafka/REST interfaces, Merkle batch construction, and Anchor verification. Core stack: C#/.NET, Python, C/C++, AWS (Lambda, Glue, Athena, AppSync, Bedrock, DynamoDB), Azure, Snowflake, Cosmos DB, Rust, SQL, React. I'm strongest where APIs, data, infrastructure, correctness, performance, and product usefulness all meet. If you need serious technical depth — not a generalist who's read the docs — connect or DM.
