About Phillip Dundas
Phillip Dundas is Chief Technology Officer, Managing Director at AlTi Tiedemann Global. Location: New York, New York, United States.
I build and rebuild technology organizations when growth, scale, or complexity outpace alignment between business leaders, operating models, and platforms. Over three decades, I’ve led global technology, data, AI, and cybersecurity functions across wealth management, asset management, family office and capital markets, partnering closely with executive teams to restore clarity, execution, and trust at enterprise scale, leading organizations of up to 300 people and $1T in assets. Most recently, I’m leading the deployment of an enterprise AI platform, across AlTi’s global advisory family office network, part of a broader effort to build a data foundation sophisticated enough to match the complexity of the ultra-high-net-worth clients we serve. I see AI not as a way to replace advisors but to free them to spend more time where they create the most value: with clients. My leadership approach is deliberately people-first, not as a value statement but as an execution strategy. I focus on developing leaders, strengthening operating models, and building high-performing global teams capable of sustaining change long after the transformation phase ends. I’m most effective in environments where complexity is high, expectations are rising, and the organization needs both technical rigor and cultural reset to scale. Outside work, I’m a long-distance cyclist and global traveler. In 2024, I completed a five-month, 3,000-mile cross-country ride with my family, a reminder that the hardest, most rewarding work compounds slowly, mile after mile.
