I am a hands-on CTO and full-stack technical architect who helps companies turn unclear business requirements into technical roadmaps, software architecture, vendor decisions, implementation plans, and production-ready software systems. My work spans product strategy, system architecture, application development, cloud infrastructure, AI integration, and stakeholder communication. I build and lead modern web platforms, internal business systems, dealer and training workflows, commerce-adjacent applications, and AI-enabled product experiences. I am strongest in environments where the product needs to become real quickly, the architecture needs to survive past the first launch, and technical decisions have to align with business constraints. My core stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, .NET/C#, PHP, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, AWS, CI/CD, and LLM integrations. I work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, deployment, API design, data modeling, performance, security, and production troubleshooting. Before moving into engineering leadership, I worked as an investment analyst. That background still shapes how I operate: I evaluate technical decisions through risk, cost, scalability, operational complexity, stakeholder clarity, and business impact. My current focus is AI product engineering, especially practical LLM integrations that improve real workflows while remaining rigorous around latency, cost, reliability, maintainability, and user experience.
