I help defense and commercial organizations cut through technical debt and multi-agent coordination cost — problems that get harder, not easier, as AI-driven systems scale. I've operated at the Partner level of a top-tier advisory consultancy before, and I'm building Meridian Technical Group to bring that same advisory rigor to AI system design. My path here runs through 45 years of engineering leadership in SIGINT, electronic warfare, cyber-warfare, and cellular system design — from hands-on systems and software engineering at Watkins-Johnson, through system engineering and P&L leadership at BAE Systems, DRS Technologies, L-3 Communications, and Thales, to four years as Partner and Senior Vice President at Booz Allen Hamilton, where I co-led a $500M account and held $220M in P&L responsibility spanning Technology, Research, Computer Network Defense, and Information Assurance. Most recently, for the past three years I was a Solution Architect and led Solution Systems Engineering for the C5ISR Group at Huntington Ingalls Industries (formerly Alion), supporting both program execution and new business capture across Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) airborne, land, sea and space-based multi-INT systems, through December 2025. In 2026 I founded Meridian Technical Group LLC to bring that engineering discipline to a new class of problem: how organizations architect, govern, and scale AI systems without losing control of cost, complexity, or trust. Meridian operates in close technical partnership with The Crestridge Group, and together we deliver under the SemKori brand — bringing rigorous systems engineering practice to semantic requirements, architecture and system design, and AI optimization challenges for both defense and commercial clients. Over the past 18 months — the final year at HII and six months building Meridian — I've used AI directly and continuously for research, analysis, and strategy, watching the technology go through immense change in a short span. That vantage point has meant seeing the good, the bad, and the ugly of AI's power and hype firsthand, and it's shaped practices Crestridge and I have developed together to improve the accuracy, implementation, and performance of AI in real system applications.
