I am a software engineer and founder with six years of experience building scalable backend systems and developing technology-driven products. At General Motors, I worked on the VSMSOTA team, supporting the systems responsible for delivering over-the-air software updates to vehicles. Using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, REST APIs, Oracle, and microservices architecture, I helped design and maintain backend services within a complex automotive software platform. I also coordinated across engineering, QA, and product teams, contributed to sprint planning, and helped move critical software updates from development through deployment. My experience at GM strengthened my ability to break down complex technical problems, design reliable systems, and collaborate across large, cross-functional organizations. I am now applying those skills as the founder of Hamrah AI, where I am building an AI-powered platform that creates personalized educational media for children. I have developed the product’s frontend, backend, database architecture, and AI-generation pipeline, taking it from an initial concept to a working MVP. I am especially interested in artificial intelligence, backend architecture, product development, and using technology to create practical, meaningful experiences for users.
