Managed right balance between Tech debt and Product roadmap to ensure feature innovation was conducted with Quality. Successfully conducted M&A including Tech, Product integrations, integration of acquired company employees for six acquisitions over 4 years. Played a key role in driving the integration strategy to support double digit growth in ACV. Worked with Customers and ISV/SI Partners in various industries and achieved successful adoption of solutions developed using Medallia products. Improved overall cost of ownership for Medallia customers by reducing cost of implementations and on-going maintenance. Optimized R&D budget to match customer demands while fulfilling the CEBITDA goals under ownership of Medallia by Private equity.
