Software and distributed-systems engineer. I build financial infrastructure. All things stablecoins at MoonPay, as CTO of Iron - the stablecoin-infrastructure company I co-founded, acquired by MoonPay in 2025. The job: making compliant money movement feel like an API call. We build the machinery that lets banks, PSPs, fintechs, and treasuries treat fiat and stablecoins as a single, programmable money layer: on/offramps, cross-chain swaps, virtual accounts, and stablecoin issuance. The work cuts across systems code, regulated surfaces, and product. Before Iron: co-founded Ultimate, a self-custody DeFi trading wallet on Solana, Ethereum, and Bitcoin (acquired by Jupiter). Designed and built the matching engine and core systems of Börse Stuttgart Digital Exchange from the ground up. Led data engineering and infrastructure at SoundCloud through its multi-petabyte years. In between, seven years of independent work on trading exchanges, automated trading, and banking systems. Interests: market microstructure and liquidity dynamics, distributed systems and databases, execution environments for AI agents, protocol design. Rust, these days.
