Currently I am CTO at Productboard. 100+ engineers across SF and Europe. We shipped three agentic AI jobs to production, stood up MCP Server infrastructure for cross platform AI agents, and redesigned how the entire org works. New hiring process with AI assisted coding rounds. AI proficiency built into every engineering level, L1 through L6. AI Champions embedded on every team. "Ship It with AI" sprints where engineering, product, and design ship real features in 48 hours. This is an operating model change, not a feature initiative. Before Productboard: led AI product development at Workday (time series, reinforcement learning, LLMs, sentence transformers). CTO at The Pill Club where I built the ML/AI teams, designed symptom detection systems, and scaled the company from one product to a multi product healthcare platform through two funding rounds.
