I operate under the belief that the best engineering organizations combine technical excellence with deep customer empathy, using data and AI to create better experiences. I'm obsessed with finding the shortest customer feedback loops and positioning teams to leverage them for continuous product improvement. Engineering velocity matters, but only if it drives real user and business outcomes. How I approach it: • Product-first engineering: Building teams that think like product owners, obsessing over user impact. • Data as an enabler: Instrument every part of the customer experience and generate insights (L0), automate decisions and reduce friction (L1) and build meaningful AI experiences directly into the product that delight users (L2). • High-trust, low drag environments: Velocity comes from continuous improvement, which only happens when critical feedback is the norm and systems enable rapid iteration.
