With a starting point in engineering solutions from the ground up for mobile service providers, comes a history of tinkering with technologies from the server room to web and mobile applications. My startup experience has shaped and impacted thousands of people through the mobile applications and Machine Learning technology that I helped create. From advancing people's careers through mentorship & sponsorship to breaking the barriers of communication by providing safe online environments for vulnerable people from around the world. My telecom experience morphed into engineering and architecting multiple useful web and telecom products that range from customer service, client satisfaction & engagement to messaging and payments. These products deeply integrated with the telecom infrastructure of SMS center (SMSC), Multimedia center (MMSC), Location-based center and payment gateways.
