Key accomplishments: • Identified a consumer product opportunity and grew it to 1B+ daily active users. • Scaled Messenger to 1B+ daily users, 10B+ messages, and 1B A/V talk minutes. • Built location-aware, AI-enabled Facebook Ads infrastructure, driving $2B incremental revenue. • Boosted engagement by building internet-scale real-time infrastructure for all Meta products. • Helped double revenue of AI-powered marketplace Thumbtack to $400M+ in 2.5 years. • Built and scaled Facebook's video streaming platform and product to 400M hours/day in watch time. • Created Meta's privacy-aware infrastructure, standardizing company-wide compliance. • At Microsoft, helped grow an enterprise SaaS product from 0 to $1B+ in ARR. • Led 600+ person teams and oversaw strategy and execution for 2000+ engineers.
