I’m a life-long tech enthusiast that fell into a sales career where I found a passion for providing needs-based solutions. After spending time in IT distribution sales, I had a terrible home purchasing experience that led me to get my Ohio real estate sales license and joined Russell Real Estate Services. My goal was to create a better experience than what I received. I fell in love with the industry and engaged deeply with my local board of REALTORs where I helped establish a new chapter of Young Professionals Network. During my RE sales career, my success and solutions-consultative based approach led to me taking on official training responsibilities as a Mentor-REALTOR. During the COVID pandemic, the opportunity to re-structure and manage the company’s lead generation processes, including administration of the company’s CRM, came my way. With my previous technology experience, I naturally found myself managing more and more of our tools while still maintaining a successful real estate sales practice. I proposed creating a full-time position to dedicate my full focus to the company’s SaaS tools, IT infrastructure, and vendor management, which was enthusiastically adopted.
