About Neil Beam
Neil Beam is Chief Technology Officer at Krispy Krunchy Foods. Location: Kirkland, Washington, United States.
I'm an AI-first platform CTO. I build the technology strategy, the architecture, and the engineering organizations that turn AI and data into measurable business outcomes — revenue, retention, and cost discipline. Today I hold two CTO seats and an advisory seat, all in the Main Post Partners private-equity portfolio. Main Post — majority shareholder at both EAGLERIDER and Krispy Krunchy Chicken — brought me into KKC on the strength of the EAGLERIDER results, then asked me to advise the CEO, CTO, and board of Rebel Athletic. At Krispy Krunchy Chicken — a national franchise brand in 3,800+ convenience-store locations — I designed and won board endorsement for an enterprise AI operating model: three closed-loop, self-learning workflows (operator lifecycle, menu & promotion, product optimization) governed by maturity stage gates and measured against same-store volume, operator churn, and revenue per location. Underneath it sits the unglamorous work that makes AI real: data quality, POS coverage, a Snowflake foundation, governance, and security. At EAGLERIDER — the world's largest motorcycle rental and tour platform — I led an end-to-end modernization: a Kubernetes migration, elimination of 100% of identified backend end-of-life and CVE exposure in under a year, a dynamic pricing engine automating rates across every location, and a CMS that took engineering out of the content path. Before that: 5x revenue growth at 24% EBITA running Baufest's U.S. business; digital transformation for 1M+ hourly employees at Amazon (the program behind the A to Z app); and 100+ person digital care operations at AT&T that returned 4x ROI. The throughline: I translate complex technology into business value the executive team and board can see, measure, and fund. I've done it in franchising, travel, marketplaces, logistics, and Fortune 100 scale — and the playbook transfers. Let's talk:
