My work involves the development of numerical tools for the analysis of brain structural and diffusion magnetic resonance imaging data. I also apply these methods to different types of brain imaging data including for instance prematurity, healthy brain development, healthy twins, blindness, deafness, brain cancer and Alzheimer's disease. I am currently an associate professor in Radiology and Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southern California and at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.
