I am the CTO and Co-Founder of Darshana, a global platform that provides verified, unbiased, and secure work experience records for individuals and organizations, and with that trusted data builds new tools (based on responsible AI) to make the hiring process more efficient. With over 15 years of experience in the technology, finance, and healthcare sectors, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful solutions for our customers, leveraging my global experience and expertise in GenAI, web3, and disruptive tech and business models. I am passionate about creating the future of tech and fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity as I co-lead the Latin American Women in Technology Conference (LATINITY). I am an MIT Sloan Fellow, a TEDx speaker, a board member, and an angel investor. I have been recognized as one of the top Hispanic technology leaders in Latin America (HITEC 50), Spain, and Portugal, and as the 2020 Latina in Technology Award by ALPFA,100 Technologists to Watch - Woman Who Code 2023, among other awards. I am committed to advancing women in technology and supporting social causes through my various roles and initiatives. I am a former executive at Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, AWS, and more.
