Naresh is a seasoned, award-winning IT executive with a distinguished career in infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and strategic IT leadership. He currently serves as Partner and CTO at Lenox Advisors, a premier wealth management and insurance advisory firm owned by NFP, an AON company (NYSE: AON). In this role, he oversees enterprise-wide IT operations, including network architecture, server and desktop support, information security, and software applications. Before joining Lenox Advisors, Naresh was Vice President and Head of IT Infrastructure at Artio Global Investors (NYSE: ART), where he led a global 24/7 production environment, managing data centers, networks, storage, telephony, and service desks. He played a critical role in implementing the ITIL service management framework and overseeing a diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects to enhance operational resilience and efficiency. From 2005 to 2010, Naresh served as Managing Director and Chief Information Officer at Pali Capital Inc., where he was responsible for the strategic planning, development, and execution of enterprise IT systems. Earlier in his career, he held key positions at ABN AMRO’s Prime Brokerage division (formerly ING Barings / Furman Selz), where he specialized in email infrastructure and data center management. At ING Barings, he was instrumental in designing and deploying technology solutions tailored to hedge fund clients. Naresh holds multiple industry-recognized certifications, including MCP, ITIL, HIPAA, and CISSP. He is an active member of professional organizations such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) – Computer Society Division, ISACA, PMI, (ISC)², and the Society for Information Management (SIM). Additionally, he serves on the board of HFTC, a professional networking organization for technologists in the Alternative Finance sector. He earned a BA from New York University and an MBA (with honors) from Boston University. His core expertise encompasses IT infrastructure management, server architecture, information security, disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and enterprise IT strategy and governance.
