After more than two decades leading technology and cybersecurity strategies across global hospitality, critical infrastructure, telecommunications, and financial services, from building enterprise cyber programs and infrastructure to driving customer-facing innovation platforms.   I'm energized to bring that experience to the maritime hospitality industry at a pivotal moment. We're living through an inflection point in technology. Agentic AI is moving from proof-of-concept to production, enabling autonomous systems that not only automate tasks but also make intelligent decisions in real time. Edge computing is bringing AI processing directly to physical infrastructure, making real-time IoT analytics practical at scale. At Safe Harbor Marianas, here's what I'm focused on: AI-Driven Operations: Deploying intelligent systems that go beyond automation into true decision support. Think dynamic resource allocation, predictive demand forecasting, Smart Infrastructure & IoT: Connecting physical marina assets with edge-computing sensor networks for environmental monitoring, predictive maintenance, and safety systems that respond in real time. Having designed and deployed consumer IoT devices and multi-cloud global networks, I see enormous potential in bringing that capability to maritime operations. Data as a Strategic Asset: Building analytics capabilities powered by AI that give every level of the organization actionable intelligence. Not dashboards for the sake of dashboards but insights that drive revenue, improve guest satisfaction, and optimize costs. End-to-End Digital Transformation with Security at the Core: Modernizing systems while maintaining the cybersecurity rigor that comes from achieving compliance across PCI, SOX, NIST 800-53, and HIPAA.
