OnePay is backed by Walmart and Ribbit Capital. Previously, Moe was the Global Head of Cloud at Citigroup. In this role, Moe was responsible for the definition and execution of Citi's Cloud Strategy across the Citi enterprise globally, and lead efforts to enable highly scalable and resilient technology platforms by leveraging cloud services to enable businesses across Capital Markets, Payments and Treasury, Securities Services and Consumer Banking. Moe also worked at Goldman Sachs, where he was Chief Technology Officer in Marcus by Goldman Sachs, leading the build out of Goldman's Cards platform, launching the Apple Card in partnership with Apple, and leading the development of the Consumer platform.
