Technical support, QA, release management, then product and business development for a software company serving Fortune 500 retailers across hundreds of thousands of locations. I learned how technology gets built, how it breaks, and how it gets exploited, and what it costs the people who trusted it. Then I went into real estate and saw the same pattern with higher stakes. Wire fraud draining a buyer's down payment at the closing table. Client data sitting in tools nobody vetted. An entire industry running on technology no one was actually guarding. So I started guarding it. As of June 2026, I'm the Chief Technology Officer at Century 21 Results, the #1 Century 21 brokerage in Georgia and #3 in the nation. Security is the center of the job. I protect 400+ agents across 8 offices and their clients from the threats most people in this business never see coming: Wire fraud and closing-funds protection. The most expensive mistake in a real estate transaction, and the most preventable. Client data and systems security. Every tool, every login, every handoff is a door. I decide which ones stay locked.
