For more than 25 years, I have helped organizations align business strategy, operating models, technology investments, and execution to create scalable platforms, high-performing teams, and measurable business outcomes. My career began in Enterprise Architecture, where I learned that successful technology organizations start with understanding the business they serve. Business architecture, operating models, value realization, and customer outcomes come first. Technology exists to enable them. Since then, I have led engineering, architecture, security, data, product, and operations organizations across financial services, healthcare, insurance, real estate, and SaaS businesses. I have been responsible for large-scale transformations, greenfield platform creation, cloud modernization, M&A integration, AI implementation, and technology financial-management disciplines that connect investment decisions to measurable business value. My architectural foundation includes Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), API-first design, Microservices, Platform Engineering, and cloud-native systems. I have applied these principles throughout my career to modernize platforms, improve scalability, and accelerate delivery. More recently, I have focused on practical AI adoption and AI-assisted software delivery. This includes implementation of Agentic AI solutions, OpenAI Foundry, Claude APIs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI governance frameworks, observability, ROI measurement, and AI-enabled engineering practices across planning, architecture, development, testing, and operations. I believe leadership happens through action, trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. Great technology organizations are built by great people. My role is to help teams understand the business objective, create a clear strategy, and empower them to build something exceptional.
