For more than 25 years, I've partnered with executives and boards to align technology strategy with business goals, helping organizations improve resilience, accelerate growth, reduce risk, and build capabilities that scale. I've led global teams across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, engineering, enterprise applications, technology operations, procurement, and service delivery, with a focus on creating high-performing organizations where innovation and accountability thrive. I'm at my best when building. Building technology organizations. Building leadership teams. Building trust across the business. Building roadmaps that move ideas into execution. And increasingly, helping organizations embrace AI thoughtfully: not as a collection of tools, but as a catalyst for reimagining how work gets done, how employees are empowered, and how customers are served. The most rewarding part of my career has never been implementing technology. It's been watching talented people grow, helping organizations solve difficult problems, and creating environments where teams are empowered to do their best work. As a founding board member of Empowe-R Women of InfoSec, I'm passionate about expanding opportunities for women in cybersecurity and technology leadership. I believe diverse perspectives make organizations stronger, innovation better, and leadership more effective. I'm always interested in connecting with executives, boards, private equity leaders, and organizations looking for transformational technology leadership that combines strategic vision with practical execution.
