I'm the Chief Technology Officer at i3 Verticals (Nasdaq: IIIV), where I lead a 400-person global technology organization across 30 product delivery teams, spanning the US and India, on a $22M budget. My remit covers enterprise-wide software engineering, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology operations across our public-sector software portfolio. Across 30 teams and two geographies, my focus is keeping a large, distributed org moving with the urgency and accountability of a team a fraction its size. Technology through major corporate events. I've served as technical sponsor across four corporate events, leading technical due diligence on two acquisitions and driving the technical separation of two divestitures, as i3 reshaped itself into a focused public-sector software business. I've led carving out, integrating, and re-platforming engineering organizations under transaction timelines. AI, with a delivery-oriented mindset. I'm rolling out agentic AI across our Development and QA organization with a systematic onboarding and education roadmap, backed by internal tooling that tracks engineering metrics and token spend so we scale AI with measurable ROI and cost control. The focus is progress, not motion. I present quarterly to our Audit Committee and contribute to our investor narrative. What I care about most is the craft of running technology at scale - distributed teams, delivery discipline, and the operational rigor that turns a large engineering organization into a durable advantage.
