I'm the Co-Founder and CTO of Big Square Marketing, a full-stack creative agency for mid-market, franchise, and e-commerce brands. Most agencies our size pick a lane, a channel, a niche, a lookbook. We didn't. Strategy, creative, paid media, and production under one team, not five vendors stitched together. On the technical side, I build the systems underneath it: automated lead capture and routing, SMS and email campaigns, multi-location review and reputation workflows, hand-built sites and landing pages, and AI tooling that takes the manual work off our team and our clients. My background is in backend operations and technical problem-solving, with time at Charter Communications (Spectrum) before going all-in on building something of my own. That meant walking away from a stable job and the degree it was paying for, a bet I'd definitely make again, and one I genuinely love the leadership side of. What I care about most is building things that actually work at scale, especially for franchise and multi-location operators, where a process that breaks at one location breaks at forty.
