About Michael Davis
Michael Davis is Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise Solutions at Nasdaq. Location: San Francisco Bay Area, United States.
I help executive teams align technology, artificial intelligence, governance, and business strategy to create lasting enterprise impact. As Chief Technology Officer for Enterprise Solutions at Nasdaq, I partner with executive leadership to modernize enterprise capabilities supporting Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Marketing, Sales, Web Properties, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and enterprise AI transformation. My work centers on improving decision-making through data and AI, modernizing operating models, and guiding technology investments that strengthen business performance, organizational resilience, and sustainable growth. What distinguishes my experience is a rare combination of enterprise technology leadership and commercial product engineering. I have led enterprise technology organizations within a global public company while also leading engineering organizations responsible for Governance Solutions, Sustainability Solutions, Investor Relations Intelligence, Nasdaq.com, and other flagship digital platforms used by boards of directors, corporate secretaries, investor relations professionals, and public companies worldwide. This dual perspective enables me to understand governance from both the operator's perspective and the product builder's perspective. Today, a significant focus of my work is helping the enterprise adopt artificial intelligence responsibly by establishing governance frameworks, operating standards, and decision-making models that enable innovation while strengthening organizational trust, accountability, and responsible adoption across the enterprise. Beyond my executive responsibilities, I currently serve on the Board of the Nasdaq Foundation and previously served as Chair of the Board of Directors for No Bully. These experiences have broadened my perspective on governance, fiduciary oversight, strategic planning, executive leadership, and long-term organizational stewardship. I bring an enterprise perspective to governance, artificial intelligence, digital innovation, and technology risk, helping boards and executive teams navigate complex business decisions, oversee responsible transformation, and position their organizations for long-term success.
