Integrating fragmented tech stacks across separately acquired companies. Managing vendor and MSP accountability. Standing up cybersecurity, compliance, and governance frameworks from scratch across companies that never had them. I've also built production machine learning systems and led enterprise architecture across AWS, Azure, and GCP, but the technical work is always in service of making the business run better. Before this role, I spent six years running a software company building custom business applications for clients across multiple industries.
