I want to enable technology that makes them sharper, not technology that pushes them aside. The firms that get this right will define the next era of the built environment, and I intend for STV to be one of them. It's an honor to get a seat where the work matters this much and the people are this good at it, and I don't take it for granted. In this new role, I'm leading the firm's technology direction: the platforms behind the work, the data underneath it, and the disciplined adoption of AI across how we deliver. I work for the engineers, planners, and project teams who build things, and for the clients who trust STV with work that has to last. When it goes well, the technology is invisible. People spend their time on judgment and design, not friction.
