About Mark Haisler
Mark Haisler is Chief Technology Officer at OmniOn Power. Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, United States.
I began my career as a design engineer, building products hands-on and learning the fundamentals of power electronics from the ground up. That foundation still shapes how I lead today: with engineering rigor, humility, and a belief that the best leaders never lose touch with the work itself. Over time, I moved into program management and executive leadership, guiding teams across telecom, datacenter, industrial, EV, and AI infrastructure markets. Along the way, I’ve seen that technology leadership is not only about advancing products but also about developing people, fostering collaboration, and keeping the customer at the center of decisions. As CTO, I focus on preparing organizations for the future while delivering reliable, next-generation power solutions. Under my leadership, teams have advanced efficiency and power density, introduced water-cooled designs, and pushed the limits of board-mounted power for modern compute. We’ve also driven system-level progress with smarter controllers, integrated components, and denser architectures — innovations that together give customers more performance in less space. My role is to guide and empower these teams so that their breakthroughs translate into lasting business and customer impact. My leadership philosophy is simple: act as a servant leader, expect as much from myself as I do from others, and create the conditions for teams to succeed. I believe in staying close to the work and encouraging accountability through candor and respect. Specialties: Technology transformation, global R&D leadership, product strategy, power solutions for datacenter / AI / EV / industrial applications, and hands-on engineering rigor carried into executive decision-making.
