Mark Fraker leads the company’s global innovation strategy, leveraging external partnerships across all technologies and business verticals.  He is responsible for the short- and long-term strategic planning for technology, product, and data solutions roadmaps supporting BlueStar’s global business goals and objectives.   Since joining BlueStar in 1999, Mark has held several positions, including 18 years as the Global VP of Marketing. Mark has over 40 years of marketing and business management experience as a business owner for numerous hospitality and retail businesses. Before BlueStar, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for several Point-of-Sale technology software companies, providing solutions throughout the Americas.   Mark is a BlueStar Global Executive Team member and serves on the BlueStar Board of Directors.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the Retail Solutions Providers Association (RSPA) for six years and was Chairman of the Board of Directors. He currently serves as the Chairman of the Endowment Committee.
