His vision for Vendor Safe was to enable smaller corporations to benefit from the advances in computer technology and security to the same degree enjoyed by larger corporations. From the time of Vendor Safe’s founding, Mark has been the driving force behind the company’s product offerings, and he is largely responsible for the company’s continued success. Throughout his career, Mark has managed all levels of technical teams from entry-level technicians to system architects. He particularly excels in developing open communication with his teams by eliminating the fear of failure, focusing on achievable designs, and personally providing technical training to his teams. While working on a technical solution, Mark is success driven and he develops methods and systematic approaches that allow his teams to achieve their goals. All designs are created with scalability, ample redundancy, high availability, remote management, and centralized maintenance and monitoring in mind. This methodology has allowed Vendor Safe to develop network and security solutions that effectively and efficiently serve our support staff and enable us to meet our SLAs for our customers all over the United States.
