I am a technology executive, scientist, and strategic leader with more than 20 years of experience working at the intersection of innovation, advanced technology, national security, and organizational growth. Currently, I serve as CTO for LMI's Space, Air & Intelligence portfolio, where I lead technology strategy, innovation, solution development, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives supporting government and national security customers. My work focuses on identifying emerging technologies, shaping technology investment priorities, evaluating acquisition and partnership opportunities, and helping organizations translate innovation into operational and business advantage. Throughout my career, I have worked with senior leaders across government, industry, academia, and emerging technology ecosystems to solve complex challenges and prepare organizations for the future. My experience spans advanced research, engineering, product development, technology commercialization, strategic planning, corporate growth, mergers and acquisitions, and executive leadership. Prior to joining LMI, I served in senior leadership positions within the United States Air Force, where I helped guide technology strategy, future capability development, and long-range investment decisions. During that time, I led organizations responsible for evaluating emerging technologies, developing future operational concepts, and shaping strategic initiatives that influenced billions of dollars in government investments. My technical background includes research and development in bioengineering, microfabrication, microfluidics, advanced manufacturing, and radiochemistry. I hold a Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Utah, completed postdoctoral research at UCLA, am a named inventor on multiple U.S. patents, and have authored numerous scientific and technical publications. In addition to my corporate responsibilities, I advise technology companies, research organizations, universities, and investment groups on innovation, technology strategy, and long-term growth opportunities.
