During my time at Direct Supply, I led engineering and operations teams, successfully delivering large-scale projects like a middleware conversion and various e-commerce initiatives. I also focused on process improvements, building advanced monitoring systems to provide valuable metrics that helped us prepare for a 2X increase in customer volume. I also introduced "Quick Win Days" to allow engineers to work on small, high-value tasks. Earlier in my career at Manitou Americas, I assembled and managed development teams, overseeing projects like a global dealer portal and public-facing websites. I successfully integrated US and French development teams on a large project and implemented SCRUM to improve efficiency and business integration.
